Do you move furniture?
This will be discussed before cleaning. We can move most items of furniture or clean right up to them depending on your preference.
We place foil or plastic pads under wooden or metal furniture to prevent varnish and rust marks.
Will my carpet shrink?
A small number of carpets are prone to shrinkage.
We can spot this before cleaning has started and take measures for prevention.
How long will my carpets take to dry?
Carpets are usually dry within 2-3 hours although this can vary depending on the type of carpet and the weather conditions.
You may walk on your carpets immediately so long as you have clean footwear.
Is it safe for children?
Most of our products are environmentally friendly and safe.
Some stains do require chemicals to remove them but these are flushed out immediately and carpets are left PH neutral.
